Metal Inserted oil Seals is the most commonly used oil seal for low pressure radial sealing. MI Oil Seals is useful where housing may have grater coefficient of expansion than the metal outside oil seal. The rubber covered oil seals provides good sealing capacity even with rough housing bores.
