VINAYAKA single acting , single lip asymmetric piston seal is designed with precision trimmed sealing lips to provide effective bore sealing in light and medium duty applications. U Cup Seals can be use in heavy duty applications when used with a suitable full depth back up ring.
Due to its typical piston sealing design having a shorter external lip, It allows pressure to act in to the grew ensuring a maximum lip contact with the bore in pressurized conditions.
The additional O ring profile at the bottom provides a back up to the main sealing lip, offering lubrication and abrasion resistance. VINAYAKA U Cup Seals available in Nitrile Rubber(NBR) up to 160 Bar and Polyurethane for 400 Bar
